CANVAS METROPOLIS

What if architecture once again oriented itself towards the typefaces of its time – towards the curved lines of graffiti letters.

Every era has its typical stylistic elements that appear in architecture and writing, reflecting the spirit of the times.
We started the project by feeding an AI model with the visual language and color codes of the renowned graffiti artist @ohm.one from Germany, in order to merge the aesthetics of his letters with the dynamic design style of the Swedish architecture studio @bengrubert_architecture
The integration of different styles with architectural elements, using various AI tools, were the first two steps of the process. After thousands of generated images that refined the AI to perfect the visual language, unique results emerged. To give the digital perfection a human touch and to create an exciting contrast, we manually edited each image.
